Nike SB Dunk Low Pro QS Tourmaline "Rodeo" shoe model in the Tourmaline/ Baroque Brown - Monarch colorway. The design is released on the occasion of Black History Month, known worldwide as the Month of African-American History. The colorway is inspired by the roots of rodeo, which are inherently part of the American West and date back to the 19th century. Rodeo took place during ranch-to-ranch matches, where the focus was on riding techniques and rope skills. African-American riders and cowboys were often among the pioneers, but they were not historically mentioned. The colors and elements of this Dunk Low model pay tribute to America's first action sport and the tradition of the Southwest - so unique to its African-American pioneers. The shoes are decorated with chain-stitch embroidered details and lines emphasized by leather trim. The soft earthy tones feature Old West accents in bright yellow and a red sole. It gives off a worn-in feel from the first moment you put it on. The low-top version has a suede upper with a perforated toe, while the lightweight cupsole sole also features a Zoom Air cushion for shock absorption. The tongue gusset ensures a perfectly fitting fit that guarantees excellent board contact and control. Thick textile tongue with Nike SB logo and padded ankle collar for added comfort, classic leather swoosh on the side. Leather Nike SB label on the tongue, embroidered star ornaments on the heel.
