Adidas ZX 8000 are iconic running and lifestyle sneakers. Their design combines a technical look with the historical legacy of the ZX series from the late 80s. Adidas ZX 8000 shoes have an upper made of a combination of durable fabric, premium leather and suede. They are also complemented by design and functional rubber and plastic elements. The tongue is thin, lightly padded. The heel is firmly fixed thanks to the TPU Heel Counter reinforcement. The midsole has a built-in Torsion® system, a lightweight thermoplastic arch that connects the heel to the toe and reduces torsional stress. The entire midsole is made of super soft EVA foam that absorbs shocks when you step on it. In addition, the heel part has a built-in Soft Cell shock absorber, which absorbs energy when hitting the heel. The sole has a structured retro pattern with great grip. The iconic three stripes are on the sides. The tongue is decorated with a large trefoil and Adidas lettering. Constructed using Cold Cement technology, a modern production method in which the upper of the shoe is connected to the sole using low-temperature adhesive. This technology allows the use of modern, lightweight and sensitive materials that would be damaged by high heat. And it preserves the elasticity of the foams and the long-term durability of the joints.
