Ishod Wair can do incredible things on the skate – but off the park, his passion for speed and movement is even more evident. This special edition Dunk shoe, which commemorates Ishod’s lifelong love of cars, was created in collaboration with Magnus Walker, an LA-based car enthusiast and fellow fan of the brand.
The graphics and shades of the model are based on the German sports car known from Walker's film "Urban Outlaw". The leather upper, after wearing, reveals a gold layer, which is the main distinguishing feature of the design. Embroidery on the heel and tongue in the style of the Union Jack is complemented by a Scottish plaid pattern on the lining. And elements inspired by racing cars on the insole, midsole and sides of the upper will not be missed even during the fastest tricks.
In racing, speed alone means nothing without complete control. Two elite masters of their craft, legends with a flair for style, have come together to create another unique creation from Nike SB.
That's Ishod Wair: precision and progression, intertwined with his original nature and personality on and off the skateboard. Ishod has a sense of aesthetics, which he shares here with creative car collector and enthusiast Magnus Walker.
Using one of Magnus' top pieces from his Porsche collection, they transformed it into the Dunk High Decon shoe model.
