The level of female skateboarding has been going up very quickly lately and it's great to see this trend here too. At the end of the holidays, an event focused on girls' skateboarding took place and the Girls Spin Sk8 Wheels group organized " late evening miniramp sessions just for girls" for three consecutive Wednesdays in a mini-ramp at the skatepark at the Prague Exhibition Grounds. We are very happy that with our support.

"The event at the Exhibition Grounds came about very spontaneously. We got in touch with Ivan Pelikán, the owner of the summer bar Džungle bkao, who wanted to do some interesting skate event and thus connect Džungle with the skate plaza at the Exhibition Grounds. The word went out and an evening miniramp session just for girls was created, followed by an after party at Džungle, where great DJs played (also only girls). Why only for girls? There aren't many events purely for girls, so we wanted to make them happy at the end of the holidays, something they would enjoy and have a good time. This was a unique opportunity to combine everything. The event was a success and the feedback is more than amazing. The biggest thanks go to all the girls who came to the event! Also thanks to the bar Džungle bkao, Ivan Pelikán and Ladis Pelikánová (the artist who makes our posters and logos). Of course, we also thank the guys who rode with us, supported us and had fun!
